Karen
is also a writer and workshop/residency leader. Her belief in the power
and value of Story led her to create an innovative and entertaining residency
and workshops for children and adults. Along with her Storyteller Side
by Side partner, Gale Rublee Portman, Karen is a storytelling artist with
the premier arts organizations in St. Louis—Springboard to Learning/Young
Audiences of St. Louis and COCA (Center for Creative Arts). Karen is honored to announce she was been chosen to be a Featured Teller at the 2007 St. Louis Storytelling Festival and a Regional Teller at the 2007 National Storytelling Network Conference. |
